Bio
Arthur and his twin brother Edward were born on January 24, 1890 in Wisconsin. The family later moved to Rockford. His 1914 draft card indicates he worked as an office manager and lived with Ed in Rockford.
In April of 1918 Arthur marries a local girl named Anna Peterson. After the death of his brother Frank in 1933, Arthur takes over the Schrom Cafe. In his WWII draft card he is listed as having blue eyes and brown hair standing 5 foot 8.5 inches at 160 pounds.
He dies rather young at the age of 60 on October 3, 1950.
