Benjamin apparently inherited a great deal of land from his father. Records indicate he had at least 11 children. His first-born child was Ebenezer Sr, a possible Revolutionary war soldier.
His grandson, named Ebenezer Jr, was the father of Ezra who moved from CT after serving in the Revolutionary war, and brought the family to the land of the western reserve - to Ashtabula county and to Williamsfield, Ohio!
